We remind you that you will be given the keys to the apartment upon check-in and must be returned at the end of your stay. In case of loss, we will be forced to charge a penalty of €50.00.

Fumo

We are always very flexible and try to meet everyone’s needs, but to protect our guests we have decided to adopt a Zero Tolerance policy for smoking.

Those who come after you, especially if they are not smokers, will expect to find a scented room without the smell of smoke, and getting rid of the smell of smoke is very difficult, especially when you have a few hours available between departure and the arrival. In the past, despite continuous recommendations, we often found rooms with a strong smell of smoke, causing serious inconvenience to guests and our staff. For this reason, we were forced, against our will, to provide penalties and extra costs for those who contravene this ban. As a deterrent, if we detect the smell of smoke during our stay or at check-out, we will be forced to charge a penalty of €50.00 plus the cost of one night, necessary to ventilate the rooms to eliminate the smell.

Noises

We kindly ask you to avoid noises that could disturb other guests such as loud music or TV, parties or get-togethers. We invite you to moderate your voice tones, and to pay attention when moving chairs and tables etc., paying more attention during night or afternoon rest hours (2.00pm – 4.00pm). If we were to find serious or repeated infringements, we would be forced to apply administrative measures up to and including expulsion from the facility.

Access to other people

The law requires us to register all guests who enter the facility, even those who enter for a few minutes. If your needs change and the need arises to host other people than those booked, we invite you to contact us promptly. We would like to point out that failure to register guests with the competent authorities is a criminal offense punishable by imprisonment for up to 3 months. We decline any responsibility in case of failure to communicate. Furthermore, in the event that we see more guests than those declared, we will be forced to charge you a penalty of €50 for each undeclared guest in addition to any tariff adjustment for the correct number of guests.

When leaving your apartment remember to:

1. Check that lights, air conditioners, heaters and any appliances are turned off;
2. Pull the door and check that it is properly closed;
3. Go to reception and pay any extras, leaving the keys to the apartment.

On the day of check-out the apartment must be vacated by 9.00 am. For any unauthorized delay, the tenant will be charged an additional cost of €30 if the room is vacated by 12.00, and an additional night if the room is vacated after 12.00. We would like to point out that the payment of this additional cost does not entitle the customer to occupy the room for an entire night. Any requests for late check-out must be made by the evening before and authorized by our office, based on availability.

Unfortunately it is not possible to accommodate late check-out requests on the morning of departure!
